J.S. Clinton Montgomery (Attorney at Law)
Attorney J.S. Clinton Montgomery is an Asheville native graduating from Asheville High School. Clinton attended DePaul University where he played left wing for the Blue Demons hockey club. Enlisting in the Air Force he served as a Russian Linguist, receiving accolades from as high as the Executive Branch. Using the G.I Bill to attend Law School at the University of Tennessee College of Law, Clinton enjoyed rocking with his band "Bad Neighbors" at venues throughout Knoxville.
Dustin Parker (Paralegal)
Dustin is a well traveled man, whom we are fortunate enough to have in Asheville while he finishes his undergraduate studies with Penn State. Prior to Asheville, Dustin honed his skills in the Miami real-estate market where he operated as a licensed realtor. Making the pivot to reaching the goal of attending law school, Dustin signed on with the firm to gain the practical skills and knowledge in anticipation of his entry into the practice of law.
